The "Elliott Wave Theory" was developed by Ralph Nelson Elliott (1871-1948), and is based on the study of the movements of financial market prices through the waves and graphic patterns generated by the stock prices. Elliott’s method could ver considered an improvement of Dow's well-known theory.
After the death of Elliott his theory was forgotten, until 1978 when A.J. Frost and Robert Prechter popularized it in their book "Principle of Elliott Wave Theory".
This theory, which for many may seem too complex, ihas led to some controversy and also has detractors. However, it still seems valid to many traders and investors.
In this work I represent the synthesis of 3 operations, based on practical and simple cases, where the famous and controversial "Elliott wave theory" can be understood and applied much more easily.
